Westbury Running Group’s “Couch To Parkrun” course is a 10-week programme aimed at people who consider themselves complete beginners. Those who are “rusty” are of course also welcome!
The sessions comprise of alternate periods of jogging and walking, with the jogging time increasing by one minute each week. The course is then completed by a group 5k run at our Local Parkrun in Thoulstone.
The next Couch to Parkrun starts Wednesday 7th January and is an ideal New Year’s Resolution! The total cost of the 10 x Monday programme is £15 (in advance). Please be a little early to register on the first day. Try & build up your exercise/walking in preparation.
